24 hour insomnia relief by Aaron Tanner

School has started back, which means set bedtimes are necessary. Even though I have a set bedtime for work the next day, sometimes my anxiety causes me to stay up half the night. As I’ve posted before, many with disabilities constantly battle insomnia.

Recently, I found a 24-hour loop of gentle rain sounds to help ease insomnia and anxiety. This video and others similar to it have helped me to fall asleep on restless nights. If you have a set of wireless headphones, take your smartphone, turn on the video, set your phone in a different part of the room, and listen to the soothing sounds of rain all night to drift off to sleep. Enjoy!
