Natalie Lambert (InTERIM president)

 

My name is Natalie Lambert. I am a mother of two Special Needs boys. One with Autism and the other with ADHD, SPD, and ODD. I work as a Registered Behavioral Technician at Madison Behavior Therapy. I am passionate about Disability Acceptance and Educational Advocacy for our Special Needs individuals. I have lived in the Huntsville area for 5 years after moving from Massachusetts.

My name is Sandy Groger. I am a pediatric occupational therapist and I work primarily with children on the autism spectrum. I also teach post-professional OT doctoral students for two universities. I have lived in Madison for 13 years, have two teenage children, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. In my free time I enjoy working jigsaw puzzles, gardening and crocheting. I am most passionate about working to unite families and professionals who care for persons with disabilities in the TN valley.

I was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama and currently reside in Huntsville with my wife and children. I completed my undergraduate studies at Birmingham-Southern College and I am  graduate of Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and University of Miami School of Law where I was conferred a Master of Laws in Taxation.  I was admitted to practice law in the State of Alabama in 2008. My areas of practice include Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Elder Law and Business Planning. I frequently speak in public in the areas of Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Business Planning matters.

My name is Rhonda Nichols. I am a stay at home mom to two wonderful girls 9 and 13 and have been married for 15 years. My daughter Lily that is 9 years old has Cerebral Palsy ( CP) and epilepsy. 

I graduated from Troy State University with a degree in Sports and Fitness Management with a  concentration in Health Promotions and Exercise Physiology.

I want to bring awareness to the community about ALL special needs individuals. I feel the community needs more education about the different disabilities to help them understand and be more accepting.

My name is Vasuda Bangalore Kroelinger. I am Canadian by citizenship and have lived in Alabama for 10 years. I am a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Alabama and the owner of Inquiring Minds-Behavioral and Developmental Services. My passion is to educate/implement awareness and acceptance of disability in our community with hopes to promote an increase in resources available to families and individuals with Special Needs.

I am Carol Woodard. I am the mother of 2 adult men and my passion is Advocacy. My oldest son has Fragile X Syndrome and Autism and my youngest son has ADHD. My marriage and relationship with Christ are the most important things in my life. I have been married for 36 years and I believe parenting special needs kids is hard but worth every minute, every tear and every victory! In my spare time I like to scrapbook our memories.
